In-Store Pickup 

Once your order is placed, we will work hard to fill the order the same day. For orders placed after 1:00 pm, please expect next day. You will receive a e-mail notification once your order is ready for pickup! We are open Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Free In-Town Delivery for Orders greater than $100

Once your order is placed, we will work hard to deliver the order to you within 1-2 business days. You will receive a e-mail notification once your order is ready for delivery. This option is only available within the City of Brandon.

Out of Town 

Please contact the store to arrange, shipping costs will vary based on order size

 

Please Note: All deliveries are subject to stock availability in-store at time of purchase, any items ordered in will delay delivery and you will be notified.

 

Returns:

* please note at this time we are not accepting return on our Respiratory Items- due to Covid

  • Stock Items
    • Returns and cancellations are subject to approval by SELLER in its sole discretion and according to the following terms and conditions.
    • Prior to shipping any item back to us, contact a Safety Chicks representative at 1-204-727-7233 to request return. Please note: we will refuse the shipment of any item sent to us without prior knowledge of Return. Return shipping (including compliance with requirements for shipping & handling dangerous or restricted goods, if applicable), insurance costs and the possible loss or damage in shipping anything to us is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  •  Item(s):
    • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
    • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase
    • Will be inspected to ensure items are unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
    • Reasonable quantities – large quantities may incur higher restocking charges
    • Returns on “Date Sensitive” items are restricted and at the discretion of Seller
  • Non-Stock Items
    • Return privileges for Custom Items, Non-Stock and Special-Order Items, Discontinued, Obsolete and Sale / Clearance Items are limited and must be confirmed at the time of purchase.
